About The Quiet Responsibility

In May 2025 there was an article called The Quiet Responsibility. It was about everything a tech lead does that never appears in the job description: keeping standards coherent, closing decisions, building safety – the work that only shows when it isn’t done.

These are not loose articles. It is one continuous body of writing – with rhythm, seasons, and a plan that runs a full year, from September 2026 to September 2027. Usually two texts a week, in Norwegian and English – September runs closer together, and there are rests between the seasons.
